To prepare & Powder coat all metal parts in line with production requirements
Prepare products ready for painting including completion of Fabrication processes (i.e. Bushing, Welding, Riveting, Plugging & Masking)
Suspend all parts from conveyor prior to painting
Powder coat products by optimising use of automatic and manual spray guns
Store products in appropriate trolleys or containers and transport to correct location on completion of painting
To ensure all products powder coated meet the required quality standard
Read, fully understand & adhere to all quality procedures in line with ISO 9000/2000
Visually check components for defects whilst unloading from conveyor
Perform quality checks (i.e. thickness & cross hatch, PH & titration) at required intervals
Ensure all non-conforming product is identified & isolated
Nationalities- Pakistani/ Indians
Age- not more than 30 yrs old
Kitchen facility- Provided
Transport- Provided
House- Provided
